Our history
Seichou Machi Ramen was established in 2020 with a space of only 13 square meters and
a single employee selling handmade ramen from a Yatai noodle cart on Hoè Nhai market street.
We have only one wish: that everyone can enjoy affordable handmade Ramen.
Currently, with 3 locations in Hanoi, Seichou Machi Ramen serves hundreds of customers every day
with bowls of handcraft Ramen, plates of handmade Curry,
and cups of USDA Organic and JAS Organic certified organic matcha.
Our business philosophy

Local ingredients: Menma Japanese-style pickled bamboo shoots made from fresh bamboo shoots

Organic Matcha: The most expensive, purest Matcha, meeting USDA Organic and
JAS Organic standards, is grown in the purest raw material region of Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan.
We personally visit the farms, meet with tea growers, and bring to Vietnam.
