Seichou Machi Ramen participated in the in the first episode of Shark Tank Vietnam Season 7, which aired in 2024. Seichou Machi Ramen is the only Japanese restaurant chain in Vietnam to have had the opportunity to appear in all 7 seasons of this program.
Our history
Seichou Machi Ramen was established in 2020 with a space of only 13 square meters and a single employee selling handmade ramen from a Yatai noodle cart on Hoè Nhai market street. We have only one wish: that everyone can enjoy affordable handmade Ramen. Currently, with 3 locations in Hanoi, Seichou Machi Ramen serves hundreds of customers every day with bowls of handcraft Ramen, plates of handmade Curry, and cups of USDA Organic and JAS Organic certified organic Matcha.
Our culinary philosophy
In one place, you can enjoy three layers of Japanese cuisine: Handmade Ramen, with 11 regular ramen varieties on the menu and many seasonal options; Handmade Curry Rice, a dish perfected by the Japanese to the point of being addictive; Organic Matcha, the richest and purest matcha you can find.
Our business philosophy
Handmade: Homemade noodles, homemade broth, homemade sauces… If we can’t make it ourselves, we won’t sell it.
Best quality for the price: Meals are always hearty, filling, and satisfying at the most affordable price possible.
Local ingredients: Menma Japanese-style pickled bamboo shoots made from fresh bamboo shoots from Phu Tho province; Wheat flour and various Vietnamese agricultural products are utilized to the fullest to deliver the freshest and most delicious dishes.
Organic Matcha: The most expensive, purest Matcha, meeting USDA Organic and JAS Organic standards, is grown in the purest raw material region of Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. We personally visit the farms, meet with tea growers, and bring to Vietnam.
