Our history
Machi Ramen was established in 2020 with a total area of only 13 square meters and a Yatai food cart selling noodles in the middle of Hoe Nhai wet market street.
Our business philosophy
“It would be such a shame if a commoner’s dish and a symbol of Japanese cuisine like Ramen cannot become popular in Vietnam solely because of its price barrier, thus, we have been continuously trying to offer the best Ramen bowls with the most affordable price.” – says Mr. Nguyen Van Duy – Founder of Seichou Machi Ramen.
Our culinary philosophy
A bowl of Ramen by Seichou Machi Ramen holds all the layers of Japanese culinary flavors: the smoky taste of bonito flakes – Katsuobushi, the aroma of fat, the sweetness of bones, the sea flavor of seaweed and dried sardines…
